Ingredients
- 1/2 head shredded iceberg lettuce or 1/3 bag bagged coleslaw
- 1 can tuna
- Chopped celery, carrots, red onion, pickles, red peppers (as much as you want)
- Sliced olives (optional)
- Dried chickpeas for crunch
Dressing
- 3 parts olive oil
- 1 part red wine vinegar
- Salt + pepper to taste
- Greek seasoning to taste
Instructions
Just toss lettuce/coleslaw, tuna, and veggies in a bowl. Mix dressing and pour over top. Toss again. Sprinkle dried chickpeas on top for crunch. Simple as that.
