Ingredients

  1. 1/2 head shredded iceberg lettuce or 1/3 bag bagged coleslaw
  2. 1 can tuna
  3. Chopped celery, carrots, red onion, pickles, red peppers (as much as you want)
  4. Sliced olives (optional)
  5. Dried chickpeas for crunch

Chickpeas I use

Dressing

  1. 3 parts olive oil
  2. 1 part red wine vinegar
  3. Salt + pepper to taste
  4. Greek seasoning to taste

Instructions

Just toss lettuce/coleslaw, tuna, and veggies in a bowl. Mix dressing and pour over top. Toss again. Sprinkle dried chickpeas on top for crunch. Simple as that.
