Hi! I'm Violetta (Vi)

I am a 51 year old mother of 4 amazing sons. I have spent the last 22 years balancing motherhood, career, homelife and personal fitness goals. My approach is practical, devoid of gimmicks and really works to help you live a balanced healthy life.

Credentials

I have a degree in Kinesiology, a diploma in holistic nutrition and a diploma in Athletic Therapy. I have worked as a personal trainer for the last 20 years and use my professional knowledge and my personal experience to train, guide and coach my clients. I spent the first part of my career working with elite athletes and then shifted to in-clinic rehabilitation with a wide variety of populations.

Who I help

I bring my personal and professional experience to help women of all ages achieve their health and fitness goals. I understand the challenges of a busy mom or a woman in perimenopause struggling to get through the day. I offer real life solutions to these real life challenges.

My approach

I have always been passionate about health and fitness and believe the body and mind are very closely related. I enjoy helping people achieve their goals while overcoming the challenges that life brings.

My story

I have battled my weight since I was a child and believe I have the formula to achieve realistic health goals at any age and fitness level. Small changes yield big results and today is a great day to begin!
