A light summer dessert that came together by accident—berries, honey, whipped cream, and crushed meringue in small bowls.
This cute easy dessert happened by accident. I was hosting book club and planned to make meringues nests. Store bought meringues filled with berries and whipped cream. When the meringues arrived they were all broken. On to plan B. I grabbed small bowls, added fresh strawberries, blueberries with a drizzle of honey. Then added whipped cream and crushed meringue on top. Garnished with mint from my garden.
