I discovered this out of necessity. We were in the middle of a huge outdoor renovation and I was working outside, exhausted and had no time to cook. I forgot to thaw protein for dinner and needed something fast and healthy. This is going to be my go to high protein quick weekday meal.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cottage cheese
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • Fresh basil
  • Salt pepper
  • Italian seasoning
  • Parmesan and herb seasoning

Instructions

  1. Blend
  2. Mix in sundried tomatoes and pesto (optional)
  3. Serve with high protein pasta
  4. Mix together
  5. Fresh parm in top!

Teen and young adult approved, ready as soon as the pasta boils.
