I discovered this out of necessity. We were in the middle of a huge outdoor renovation and I was working outside, exhausted and had no time to cook. I forgot to thaw protein for dinner and needed something fast and healthy. This is going to be my go to high protein quick weekday meal.
Ingredients
- 3 cups cottage cheese
- ¼ cup olive oil
- Fresh basil
- Salt pepper
- Italian seasoning
- Parmesan and herb seasoning

Instructions
- Blend
- Mix in sundried tomatoes and pesto (optional)
- Serve with high protein pasta
- Mix together
- Fresh parm in top!
Teen and young adult approved, ready as soon as the pasta boils.
