This recipe is easy, delicious, super high in protein and very satisfying.
Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- Salt + pepper, Garlic powder, Italian seasoning
- Fresh parmesan, grated
- Tomato sauce (about 1/4–1/2 cup, to taste)
- Turkey pepperoni (optional but recommended)
Instructions
- Spread one cup of cottage cheese on an air fryer liner
- Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and Italian seasoning
- Grate fresh parmesan on top
- Air fry for 5 min
- Top with your favourite tomato sauce and turkey pepperoni
- Air fry for 10 min
