This recipe is easy, delicious, super high in protein and very satisfying.

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup cottage cheese
  2. Salt + pepper, Garlic powder, Italian seasoning
  3. Fresh parmesan, grated
  4. Tomato sauce (about 1/4–1/2 cup, to taste)
  5. Turkey pepperoni (optional but recommended)

Instructions

  1. Spread one cup of cottage cheese on an air fryer liner
  2. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and Italian seasoning
  3. Grate fresh parmesan on top
  4. Air fry for 5 min
  5. Top with your favourite tomato sauce and turkey pepperoni
  6. Air fry for 10 min
