This is one of my favourite super-fast, easy snack ideas. Perfect for a mid-day protein boost or a high-protein sweet tooth satisfier. Simply take ¾ cup Greek yogurt, 1 tsp of peanut butter and the sweetener of your choice… Splenda, honey, brown sugar, and stevia all work. Combine the ingredients and enjoy. Can also be frozen for a frozen yogurt vibe.
